Description:

As she says in her introduction: “No matter how successful you are in your work, how happy you are in love, or how content you are with your family and friends, there is still that little hollowness that never goes away, a longing for something, a search for completion. … But there are answers, and that’s what I hope this book will communicate. Answers about the soul and its survival after death; about empowering your life; about growing closer to God through knowing that there is so much more than there appears to be. Hamlet said it first and best when he recognised that there are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt in our philosophy.”

About The Author:

BELINDA SILBERT, who trained as an opera singer and a rabbi, has become widely known in South Africa, through her appearances on radio and TV and as a result of her busy practice, as a medium and psychic. In this marvellously written book she brings her knowledge to bear on the subject which confronts and enthralls us all: the hereafter.

Reviews:

Survival Kit for the Hereafter by Belinda Silbert is by the best-known South African psychic-medium, who was born "without the veil" that shuts our eyes to the place we came from and the place we are going after we die. She reads auras, past lives, and communicates easily with the "other side." With detailed descriptions and explanations, Silbert tells things most religions would question and most people would think to be completely fiction, but she is very convinced of her own authenticity and writes in a delightful, down-to-earth manner that makes for interesting reading, whether you believe it or think it is absurd. She covers details from physical death to reincarnation and the life of the spirit in between lives in a body. She tells about contacting those on the other side, guides, angels, and other light beings. A Jewish woman (in this life) she is a serious, though non-conventional, student of the Kabbalah. The book is meant to kick-start your spiritual evolution!   -- Bonnie Neely, Amazon Top 1000 Reviewer, May 2010
