For most of the recipes she tells very fascinating facts about the main ingredient, such as how it is grown, the history of it, the unique taste and benefits. Each recipe is simple in the listing of ingredients and the explanations of how to prepare the dish are so simply explained it would be easy for even beginner cooks to follow and yet sophistocated and satisfying for the most particular of chefs!
