DARRYL ACCONE is a writer on the arts. He was formerly the editor of the Star’s Tonight section, and edits Artsline, an online arts magazine. He is a former trustee of the Arts and Culture Trust. He currently teaches in the journalism program at the University of the Witwatersrand. Darryl Accone is a writer, editor and independent scholar based in Melville, Johannesburg. He has worked with words for over 20 years, as a reporter, critic, columnist, editor and lecturer.
