| STEPHEN CHOO is Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Entrepreneurial Management and Innovation at the Graduate School of Management—University of Western Australia. Prior to academia, Stephen assumed numerous senior management positions with several multinational corporations throughout East Asia. Between 1995 and 1998, he was Founder and Managing Director of an international foodservice company in Singapore. He has published numerous papers on entrepreneurship and international franchising in several international academic journals such as Asia-Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Enterprising Culture, Journal of Property Management and Asian Affairs.
