PETER HOLLAND is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations in the Department of Management at Monash University Melbourne. ROSS DONOHUE is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Monash University. He is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Ross has practiced as a vocational psychologist and provided consultancy work to industry and government in the areas of career management and organizational change.
AMANDA PYMAN is a lecturer in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at the Kent Business School, University of Kent (UK). Amanda has experience teaching Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management to undergraduate students in both Australia and the UK.
