About The Authors:

TONY DUNDON is Senior Lecturer in Employment Relations and HRM at the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is Director of the High Performance Work Systems research cluster at the Centre for Innovation and Structural Change, at Galway, and is also the Joint Editor of the Human Resource Management Journal.

ADRIAN WILKINSON is Professor of Employment Relations at Griffith University in Queensland, Australia. His recent research has encompassed change initiatives such as TQM, the changing nature of employee participation, and employment relations in financial services.
